Vegan Mint Chocolate Energy Balls

These bite-sized treats are not only delicious. They are also packed with nutrient-dense ingredients that will provide you with a burst of energy without the crash.

Ingredients:

1 cup hazelnuts

5-6 pieces pitted dates

1 tbsp almond butter or any nut butter

1 tbsp ground flax seed

2 tbsp pure maple syrup

2tbsp cocoa powder

1-2pcs candy canes, crushed

 

Procedures:

1) Combine all ingredients in a blender and food processor until mixture comes together. Add water if too dry, add more hazelnuts if too wet.

2) Scoop and shape into balls.
