My Sun Life Client Account, you may settle your installment dues using your Visa or Mastercard credit card.

DETAILS:
Pay your installment dues conveniently via the internet! If you have a My Sun Life Client Account, you may settle your installment dues using your Visa or Mastercard credit card. Just go to the “Pay Now” section to process your payment.

Leverage on your bank’s bills payment feature by enrolling Sun Life Financial Plans, Inc. online. Once enrolled, you can simply pay for your plans anytime without the burden of presenting any proof of payment.

DETAILS:
You can choose to activate the bills payment feature by simply enrolling Sun Life through your bank’s website or mobile app. Once enrollment is completed, you may use the bank’s facility anytime, anywhere.

No need to fill out additional forms or present proof of payment to Sun Life Client Service Centers anymore!

You may enroll and pay through the following bank partners:

  • BPI
  • RCBC
  • Security Bank

Please take note that processing of payment will be dependent on our partner's confirmation.

You need to have a Smart Money or GCash account with sufficient funds to pay your Sun Life pre-need plans.

DETAILS:

  • Smart Money – Use your Smart Money account via SMS and use the biller code of Sun Life Financial Plans Inc : 02024.

  • GCASH – Choose to pay using just your phone’s SMS feature or through the GCASH app.

Drop by any of our third party payment partners located near you.

DETAILS: 
Visit any of our third party payment partners with branches nationwide and present your billing notice along with their bill payment slip. You may choose to pay in cash or check payable to Sun Life Financial Plans, Inc. through the following payment centers:

  • SM Incorporated
  • Bayad Center

Please bear in mind that the payment will be posted only upon successful confirmation by our partners.

The bills payment facility allows client to pay though the banks via over-the-counter.

Fill out the bills payment form with your planholder name and plan number then present a copy of the billing notice.

You may choose to pay in cash or check payable to Sun Life Financial Plans, Inc. through the following bank partners:

  • Security Bank

Please take note that the payment will be posted to your account upon confirmation of our bank partners.

The Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) facility is now available in select branches!

Skip the lines! Self-service Cash Deposit Machines are available at the following branches:

Important reminders before using the CDM:

  1. Prepare your policy number or account number for reference.
  2. Tap the Sun Life button and follow the easy payment steps.
  3. Pay only with Peso notes. Insert one Peso note at a time.

For new business or initial payments, please talk to our Client Service Associates for assistance.
