You don't need expensive and hard-to-find vegetables to make a healthy green juice.  Just drop by your favorite supermarket and choose from a wide range of greens available.  For this recipe, we've chosen kangkong, camote tops, and malunggay leaves for a Pinoy green juice.

Kangkong is a wonderful source of amino acids, calcium, iron, vitamins B and C, while camote tops provide protein, minerals, dietary fiber and nutrients like calcium, magnesium, sodium, sulfur, phosphorous, zinc and iron. Malunggay is a great source of vitamins A, B and C, iron, calcium, and protein and offers antimicrobial, antibacterial, and anti fungal properties.
