ELIGIBILITY FOR THE RAFFLE:

This promo is open to non-Sun Life clients, who are Philippine residents, 18 years old and above. The participation or win will be deemed null and void if the selected winner is a Sun Life client, non-Philippine resident, or below 18 years old.

Employees and Advisors of Sun Life Philippines and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.

MECHANICS:

1. To qualify, the participant must fill out the Double the Pot form on the Play for Life online game. Access the game here: sunlife.co/playforlifegame.
2. The participant will be contacted by a Sun Life Advisor via the contact details provided on the form.
3. Once successfully contacted by a Sun Life Advisor, the participant should receive an email from the Sun Life team confirming his/her eligibility on the promo.
4. A participant can only have one entry. He/She may fill out the Double the Pot form from July 6 to August 3, 2024. Eligibility validation (contacting by Sun Life Advisors) will run until September 3, 2024.

PRIZES:

Selection of winners will be done via a raffle draw among the eligible entries. Winners will be announced on September 18, 2024.

• GRAND PRIZE: One (1) winner of travel voucher for 2 to Vietnam worth Php 100,000.00
• MAJOR PRIZES: Five (5) winners of Giftaway voucher worth Php 10,000.00 each
• MINOR PRIZES: Ten (10) winners of Giftaway voucher worth Php 5,000.00 each

ANNOUNCEMENT OF WINNERS:

• Winners of the promo shall be notified by the Sun Life team by sending an email to the email addresses provided via Double the Pot lead form.
• Verification of identity will be required by presenting a valid government ID. Once confirmed, respective prizes will be sent via email.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• If the winner is unable to respond to Sun Life’s email 15 days upon announcement, Sun Life will select a new winner via another raffle draw.
• Prizes are not convertible to cash or other offers. Any tax liability arising from the prize shall be for the account of the winner.
• The grand prize winner shall be responsible for making the necessary travel arrangements with Sun Life’s selected travel agency. All expenses for other travel application or special arrangements beyond the travel prize among shall be for the account of the winner.
• Travel arrangements are exclusively made by the selected travel agency and Sun Life shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the travel arrangements.
• Terms and conditions of Giftaway e-vouchers shall apply. Lost vouchers will not be replaced.
• By entering this promotion, winners authorize Sun Life Philippines to use their name, image, and entry (in edited and modified format) in any publicity release or advertising material that may be made in relation to this promo in any medium (TV, Radio, Print, Digital, Social Media) without limit as to the time and number of exposures.
• By joining this promo, the participant confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics.
• In case of dispute, the decision of Sun Life shall be deemed final.
