Client Opt-in Campaign

ELIGIBILITY FOR THE RAFFLE:

This promo is open to all existing Sun Life clients, excluding Sun Life Advisors, Agency Managers and Board of Director Members as well as Sun Life employees who are employed by any of the Sun Life entities.  

*Sun Life reserves the right to dispute the eligibility of participating clients and advisors.  

   

MECHANICS:  

  1. Sun Life clients with valid email address will receive an invitation email to opt in / subscribe to receive marketing communications from Sun Life.
  2. Client must click on opt in / subscribe to receive marketing communications from Sun Life to qualify for the raffle draw.
  3. Clients who were unable to receive the Opt in invitation email are encouraged to update their contact info and for them to receive their invitation email on the following schedule:

4. Opt in must be completed during the promo period from March 4, 2024 to April 12, 2024.

PROMO PERIOD: 

General Public Promo period announcement starts on March 4, 2024 to April 12, 2024. Newsletters, Email Campaigns, Facebook ads and other digital ads will be used to inform the public of this promo.

DRAWING OF WINNERS:

CLIENTS - The winners will be drawn using an electronic randomizer among eligible clients.

Why do we need to opt in/subscribe to Sun Life’s marketing emails?  

Opting in/subscribing lets Sun Life know that you want to receive the latest news and information about your policy/account, marketing promos and campaigns and other important news and updates.

Can I opt in multiple times for more raffle entries?  

Only 1 raffle entry per client is allowed, once opt in is made, the opt in link will no longer be usable.  

I did not receive the opt in/subscribe email, what must I do?

Update your email address and other contact info via sunlife.co/portal. Opt in/subscribe email will be sent to your registered email within the next 2 weeks.

Where can I update my contact information?

Our client portal and mobile app has the Edit feature. You can edit your email, mobile or mailing address. Y. This way, you can review any details that might need updating. You may seek also help from Client Care by contacting Client Care Center (SunLink) at (632) 8849-9888.

I am already opted in to receive marketing communications, am I already part of the promo?  

As part of our opt in/subscription refresh, only clients who opted in/subscribe via the email link we sent will be included in the promo.  

What if I cannot open the client portal, what can I do  to gain access ? 

You may seek help from Client Care by contacting Client Care Center (SunLink) at (632) 8849-9888. 

 

How will I know if I am included in the raffle? 

The promo is open to clients of Sun Life who opted in/subscribe via the link we sent via email and excludes Sun Life advisors, agency managers and employees. Clients who opted in/subscribe from the period of March 4, to April 12, 2024, will be included in the list of eligible participants to the raffle.
