Celebrating Brighter Lifetimes Promo

To celebrate our 125th Anniversary in the Philippines, Sun Life will be having promos for its clients and the public. The promos are in the form of a raffle where 125 celebration packages for each category will be given away.

Promo period: January 15 to October 31, 2020 Two ways to get a raffle entry:

  • Prosperity card worth P5000 as gift for the celebrator

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promo winners shall be notified via phone call and e-mail by an authorized Sun Life representative. Prizes will be forfeited should the winner fail to respond within five days.

2. Should the winner be unable to personally claim the prize, an authorized representative can claim on his/her behalf. When claiming the prize, the representative should provide the following: an authorization letter duly signed by the winner, the winner’s two (2) valid photo-bearing IDs, and the representative’s two (2) valid photo-bearing IDs.

3. Prizes not been claimed sixty (60) days after the announcement will be forfeited.

4. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

5. By entering this promotion, the winner authorizes Sun Life to process and use his/her personal data (including his/her name, photograph, and the like) for the purpose of administering this promotion and for marketing activities (including any release for publicity or advertising materials in TV, radio, print, digital, social media, and other mediums, without limit to the number of exposures). The winner also agrees that the authorization shall continue to have effect for the duration of the promotion and Sun Life’s marketing activities, but in no case exceeding any applicable retention limit set by laws and regulations.

6. Employees and advisors of Sun Life, their advertising agencies, and suppliers, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the raffle promo.
