Access 500 largest U.S. companies with S&P 500 Index

The Fund targets long-term total returns by investing in a USD-denominated offshore equity collective investment vehicle that aims to track the S&P 500 index. The index includes the 500 largest listed companies in the United States.​

Qualified participants

As a multi-class fund, the Fund has four (4) classes:

  • Class A – This Unit Class is open to all natural persons and juridical entities that meet the Minimum Initial Participation of PHP5,000.
  • Class B – This Unit Class is open to all natural persons and juridical entities that meet the Minimum Initial Participation of PHP15,000,000.
  • Class X – This Unit Class is open to all natural persons and juridical entities that meet the Minimum Initial Participation of USD100.
  • Class Y – This Unit Class is open to all natural persons and juridical entities that meet the Minimum Initial Participation of USD300,000.

*Juridical Entities are entities such as, but not limited to, corporations, partnerships, government financial institutions, educational institutions, organizations, and foundations, all subscribing on their own behalf; and such other arrangements / structures which institutional investors put into place for the management of their own assets

Minimum Risk Profile

The Fund is suitable for investors with a long-term investment horizon, have at least an Aggressive risk profile, and willing and able to expose funds to high degree of risk and fluctuations to achieve higher returns.
