This product, which is linked to the credit and equity-linked note issued by Nomura International Funding Pte. Ltd (“Nomura”), is a financial solution for clients with risk tolerance classified as balanced to aggressive and who are willing and able to accept risks of adverse movements in the underlying instruments and other risks described in the proposal illustration, policy contract, and marketing collateral. This product is not intended for all types of clients, and may be more suitable for those experienced in and knowledgeable about sophisticated financial products.

*For application settled under Guaranteed Insurability Offer (GIO) where the life insured dies within the first two (2) years after the policy Effective Date, and such death is due to causes other than accident, the death benefit payable will be limited to the Fund Value plus charges paid.
