1. What is the promo about?
Sun Life has teamed up with Grab to bring an exclusive offer that makes every ride more rewarding. As part of its campaign to promote the Sun Life Secure Income product, Sun Life is offering 6% OFF on GrabCar rides that can be used up to six (6) times.
2. How long is this promo?
The promo duration is from May 16 until June 16, 2025.
3. Who is eligible for this promo?
The promo is open to existing and prospective Clients of Sun Life Philippines within Metro Manila.
Sun Life Employees and Advisors are excluded from joining this promo.
Sun Life reserves the right to dispute the eligibility of participating Clients, advisors, and employees.
4. How can I qualify for this promo?
To join the promo, simply tap the Sun Life Secure Income in-app banner within the Grab app. This will redirect you to an online lead form, which you will need to fill out and complete.
Once submitted, you will be automatically assigned to a Sun Life Advisor.
If you have qualified for the promo, you will receive an email from Sun Life within three (3) working days with instructions on how to redeem your special voucher code.
5. Am I required to purchase a Sun Life product to qualify?
Participants are not required to purchase a Sun Life product to qualify for this promo.
6. I submitted the lead form but did not receive any email. What should I do?
If you have not received an email within three (3) working days, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- The email address and/or contact number are not contactable. (i.e. Email bounced, number cannot be reached).
- The contact details provided are incomplete. (i.e. Missing letter in email address, missing number for contact number, or incorrect spelling of name).
- Your entry may have been submitted more than once. Please note that multiple entries will be disqualified.
7. Can I join multiple times?
No, only one (1) entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
8. Will I get notified if I qualify for the promo?
Yes. If you qualify, you will receive an email from Sun Life within three (3) working days. The email will include your special promo code and instructions on how to redeem it.
9. Is the promo code applicable to other Grab services?
No, the promo code is only valid exculsively for GrabCar rides and cannot be applied for other Grab services.
10. Can I use the promo code outside Metro Manila?
No, the promo code is only valid for GrabCar bookings made within Metro Manila.
11. Can I use the promo code multiple times?
Yes, the promo code can be used six (6) times, with 6% OFF applied to each eligible GrabCar ride.
12. Does the promo code have expiration?
Yes, the promo code is valid for one (1) month from the date you receive it. Be sure to use all six (6) redemptions within this period.
