The Bloomberg Barclays EM Asia USD Credit Philippines Index was identified as the replacement to the J.P. Morgan Asia Credit Index Philippines given that the former is composed of dollar-denominated securities of local government and corporate issuers. There shall be no changes to the investment objective of the Fund, and how it will be managed.

This amendment has been approved by the Fund’s President and the SLAMCI Investment Committee. Relevant Fund documents and marketing collaterals will reflect the changes accordingly.
