Vegan Banana Walnut Raisin Bread

This delectable treat combines the natural sweetness of ripe bananas with the crunch of walnuts and the chewiness of raisins, creating a perfect balance of flavors and textures.

Ingredients:

3 medium overripe bananas, mashed

50ml almond milk or any plant-based milk

1/4c pure maple syrup

1 cup whole wheat flour

1/4c walnuts, chopped

1/4c raisins

1/2tsp baking soda

1tsp baking powder

1/4tsp cinnamon powder

Pinch of salt

 

Procedures:

1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well together.

2) Place in a lined and greased loaf pan and top with more walnuts.

3) Bake at 350F for 25 minutes.
