Fruity Yogurt Parfait

This refreshing and colorful parfait combines layers of creamy yogurt, chia seeds, and fresh fruits to create a satisfying and well-balanced meal without the sugar.

This healthy yogurt parfait is wonderful for breakfast, dessert, or a mid-afternoon snack. It provides you with your daily dose of fruits and protein from the yogurt while satisfying your sweet tooth without the sugar. Feel free to switch the fruits for your favorite choices.

 

Ingredients:

1 cup plain yogurt

½ banana sliced

6 pcs strawberries sliced

6 pcs kiwi sliced

½ tsp honey

½ tsp chia seeds

 

Procedure:

  1. Place bananas. Add 1/2 of the yogurt.
  2. Place kiwi. Add 1/2 of the yogurt.
  3. Top with strawberries.
  4. Drizzle with honey and chia seeds.
