The Board of Directors of the Sun Life Prosperity Dollar Wellspring Fund, Inc. has approved the change of benchmark of the Fund from 30% MSCI ACWI + 65% JP Morgan Global Aggregate Bond Index (GABI) + 5% 30-day USD Deposit Rate to 30% MSCI ACWI + 65% Bloomberg Barclays Global Aggregate Total Return Index Value Unhedged USD (LEGATRUU Index) + 5% 30-day USD Deposit Rate effective 1 January 2018, given that the LEGATRUU Index offers the most advantages as a benchmark. 

A benchmark must be transparent so that investors can use it with confidence for purposes such as performance evaluation, fund selection and asset allocation, and the LEGATRUU Index has the broadest coverage of the global fixed income market with the most number of covered securities. There shall be no changes to the investment objective of the Fund, and how it will be managed.
