PROMO MECHANICS

• This promo is open for non-Sun Life clients, who are Philippine residents, 18 years old and above. The participation will be deemed void if the participant is a Sun Life client, non-Philippine resident or below 18 years old
• Fill out the lead form by clicking the Sun Life banner ad on the Foodpanda app
• The public can fill out the lead form from October 3 – November 2, 2025.
• Assigned Sun Life advisors will be reaching out to the leads regarding a consultation schedule.
• Once a participant has successfully discussed with a Sun Life advisor, he/she will receive an email from the Sun Life team via PHIL-Marketing@sunlife.com containing the unique voucher code.
• The assigned Sun Life advisors for this promo will be reaching out to the participants until November 15, 2025.
• Participants are not required to purchase insurance and mutual fund products to join the promo.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promo will run from October 3 – November 2, 2025
2. This promo is open to non-Sun Life clients, who are Philippine residents, 18 years old and above. The participation will be deemed void if the participant is a Sun Life client, non-Philippine resident or below 18 years old. Participants are not required to purchase insurance or mutual fund products to join the promo.
3. To qualify, the participant must fill out the Sun Life lead form via the Foodpanda banner ad and must successfully consult a Sun Life advisor.
4. After a successful consultation, participant should receive an email from the Sun Life team containing the Foodpanda voucher code. 
5. Participants may fill out the lead form from October 3 – November 2, 2025. Validation of consultations will be done weekly until November 15, 2025.
6. A participant can only have one voucher code which can be redeemed on the Foodpanda app. 
7. Vouchers are not convertible to cash or other offers. Any tax liability arising from the voucher shall be for the account of the voucher owner.
8. Terms and conditions of the Foodpanda vouchers shall apply. Lost voucher codes will not be replaced.
9. By entering this promotion, participants authorize Sun Life Philippines to use their name, image and entry (in edited or modified format) in any publicity release or advertising material that may be made in relation to this promo in any medium (TV, Radio, Print, Digital, Social Media) without limit as to the time and number of exposures.
10. Employees and advisors of Sun Life Philippines and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from joining this promo. Additionally, participants below 18 years old, existing Sun Life clients and non-Philippine residents are also disqualified from joining this promo. All disqualified participants are not entitled to receive the Foodpanda voucher.
11. By joining this promo, the participant confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics.
12. In case of dispute, the decision of Sun Life shall be deemed final. Participant can raise a dispute by reaching out to Sun Life Philippines through our website and social media channels.
