1. What is the promo about?
Sun Life has teamed up with Grab to bring an exclusive offer that makes every ride more rewarding. As part of its campaign to promote the Sun Life Save & Protect product, Sun Life is giving away 250 pesos OFF vouchers on GrabCar rides.
2. How long is this promo?
The promo duration is from August 15, 2025, until October 15, 2025.
3. Who is eligible for this promo?
- This promo is open to all Philippine residents, employees and residing in Metro Manila.
- Participant can raise a dispute by reaching out to Sun Life Philippines through our website and social media channels.
- Employees and advisors of Sun Life Philippines and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified.
4. How can I qualify for this promo?
To join the promo, simply tap the Sun Life Save & Protect in-app banner within the Grab app. This will redirect you to an online lead form, which you will need to fill out and complete.
Once submitted, you will be automatically assigned to a Sun Life Advisor.
If you are qualified for the promo, you will receive an email from Sun Life within three (3) working days from the submission with instructions on how to redeem your special voucher code.

Participants are not required to purchase a Sun Life product to qualify for this promo.
6. I submitted the lead form but did not receive any email. What should I do?
If you have not received an email within three (3) working days, you may do the following:
- Review if your registered email address and/or contact number are correct.
- Check your “Spam” folder.
- Ensure that you submit an entry only once. Please note that duplicate submissions will result in disqualification.
7. Can I join multiple times?
No, only one (1) entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries will not be accepted.
8. Will I get notified if I qualify for the promo?
Yes. If you qualify, you will receive an email from Sun Life within three (3) working days from the submission of your duly accomplished form. The email will include your special promo code and instructions on how to redeem it.
9. Is the promo code applicable to other Grab services?
No, the promo code is only valid exclusively for GrabCar rides within Metro Manila and cannot be applied for other Grab services.
10. Can I use the promo code outside Metro Manila?
No, the promo code is only valid for GrabCar bookings made within Metro Manila.
11. Can I use the promo code multiple times?
No, the promo code can only be used once. 250 pesos OFF applied to single booking of GrabCar ride.
