ELIGIBILITY FOR THE RAFFLE: 

This promo is open to all existing Sun Life Clients at least 18 years old and above who are opted in to receive Marketing emails. Sun Life Advisors, Managers and Board of Directors as well as Sun Life employees who are employed by any of the Sun Life entities including their immediate relatives or family members are excluded from the promo. No new purchase of an insurance or investment product is required to join the promo.  

*Sun Life reserves the right to dispute the eligibility of participating Clients and advisors. 

 

  MECHANICS: 

  1. Clients will receive marketing and communication materials via email to encourage them to talk to their advisor.  
  2. Clients are encouraged to schedule a Financial Needs Analysis with their Advisor by clicking on the Call to Action link found in the email.  
  3. Once they click the link, they will be directed to a landing page that will get their necessary consents to allow their advisor to contact them. Submission of the consent will serve as their raffle entry.  
  4. No new purchase of an insurance or investment product is required to join the promo. 
  5. Promo period is from July 5 to Sept 30, 2025.

Important notes:  

  • A Client is only entitled to 1 raffle entry per event, no matter how many times they submitted an entry  
  • A Client may only win access to the Sun Life Premiere Suite once. 
  • A Client will only have 1 raffle entry to the Grand Draw, no matter how many times they submitted an entry 
  • A Client who won access to the Sun Life Premiere Suite is still eligible to join in the Grand Draw.  

7. Winners will be announced through Social Media pages and/or Email Newsletter. 

Drawing/announcement of winners:

  • The winners will be drawn using an electronic randomizer among the entries that were submitted through our landing page.  
  • Once a winner is selected, we will verify if the winner drawn is a Sun Life client through a report generated by the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team 

Terms and conditions:

  • If the winner is unable to respond to Sun Life’s email within 5 days, Sun Life will select a new winner via another raffle draw.
  • Prizes are not convertible to cash or other offers. Any tax liability arising from the prize shall be for the account of the winner.
  • The grand prize winner shall be responsible for making the necessary travel arrangements with Sun Life’s selected travel agency. All expenses for other travel application or special arrangements beyond the travel prize among shall be for the account of the winner.
  • Travel arrangements are exclusively made by the selected travel agency and Sun Life shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from the travel arrangements.
  • Terms and conditions of Giftaway e-vouchers shall apply. Lost vouchers will not be replaced.
  • By entering this promotion, winners authorize Sun Life Philippines to use their name, image, and entry (in edited and modified format) in any publicity release or advertising material that may be made in relation to this promo in any medium (TV, Radio, Print, Digital, Social Media) without limit as to the time and number of exposures.
  • By joining this promo, the participant confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics.
  • In case of dispute, the decision of Sun Life shall be deemed final.
